I've been training with Bellafit since my little boy Arthur was six weeks old, he is now nearly 3 and I have never been fitter.
From the first few weeks of training with Hayley I was hooked. Her knowledge of post natal exercises helped me to recover from the birth and strengthen my pelvic floor. I was soon fitting into the skinny jeans that I had locked away in the cupboard and felt confident about my body.
Since then she's continued to adapt the workouts to push me to my highest potential, one which I never thought I'd reach.
Her classes are always different, which keeps things interesting and ensures that the sessions are never boring.
Socially it has been wonderful for both Arthur and myself. We work out in the fresh air while the babies play. The ladies are all so friendly and Hayley has been a great support. We have both made wonderful friends.
I never thought training with a baby/toddler would be possible, let alone so much fun.
I have been training with Hayley at Bella Fit for over 2 years now. I really enjoy spending the time exercising outdoors and I love being able to bring my kids to the classes, so I don't miss out on valuable time with them.

I have been training with Bella Fit now for a little over 3 years. I first began when my eldest child was 8 weeks old and throughout the 3 years of training, Hayley has also trained me through my second pregnancy. There are a lot of things I love about Bella Fit. Every session is different, there is a large variety of equipment and there are modifications and challenges for every level of fitness. Activities range from boxing, to core body to cardio to strength and conditioning. After training with Hayley, My separation after my second birth was less than 1cm and I have great pelvic floor muscles. Bella Fit has allowed me to not only get my fitness back, but is also on target for getting my pre-baby weight back. For those that like to do a little bit extra, Hayley regularly posts additional exercises that can be done at home and healthy, yummy recipes to explore. Many of the girls that attend Bella Fit have become close friends and our children love playing together when they come to "mummy's sport". It's also a good social outing with many mums going for coffee afterwards. I have really enjoyed attending Bella Fit and recommend this program to any mum in any stage of motherhood.

Hayley is a fantastic trainer. She trained, advised and help me surpass my expectations and reach a level of fitness I didn't believe was possible. Hayley is warm, friendly and patient, I enjoyed all of our sessions and always went away feeling like I as achieved something. I have attended Body Language Personal Training in Neutral Bay for a period of 5 years and for the last 2 of those years I had Hayley Rothery as my Trainer. Hayley left to have her baby boy Tyler. Hayley is a delightful young woman, very personable and an excellent Personal Trainer. She helped me continue to build strength and stamina and improve my muscle tone. Now that Hayley has Tyler I understand she plans to continue as a Personal Trainer working from home and I wish her every success in this venture. I highly recommend her to you.
